Head Chef - Great Role based at Luxury Hotel & Restaurant

Head Chef. Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular Hotel & Restaurant serving all fresh food to a high standard near Guildford. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef or ambitious Sous chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy Hotel. The property serves all fresh, local and seasonal food with a modern British Menu to 2AA rosette level in a relaxed dining environment. The hotel is a popular conference and events venue also so you will cater for these also some of which are exclusive use.

The Role

• Working closely with the General Manager
• Producing Fresh Cooked Food using local and seasonal products
• Managing and developing the brigade 
• Managing GP targets, food costs and hygiene

The Person

• Already working as a Head Chef or a Confident Sous looking for first Head Chef role
• Experience of preparing all fresh food for restaurant and functions
• Good kitchen manager

Basic Salary to £55k bonus scheme OTE £60k
