Our client in the Dartford area is recruiting a hands on Restaurant & Bars Manager for their popular luxury 4* Hotel and restaurant which has a fine dining restaurant, relaxed lounge/bar as well as afternoon tea service.
Restaurant Manager - The Role
- Responsible for the restaurant along with Lounge, afternoon teas and functions
- Managing each service
- Training development of the team is very important
- Welcoming and greeting all diners
- This is a floor based based role with minimal paperwork

- Experience of AA Rosette standards and luxury 4* hotel market
