A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Reading & Thatcham for a Chef de Partie to work in their popular pub and restaurant. The kitchen prepares meals for lunch and dinner service using all fresh produce. You will work for an experienced Head Chef who can offer support and training.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Package worth £35k (£30k 5k tips)
- Live in
- 4.5 day week - 3 nights off

The Role
- Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
- Kitchen Management duties
- Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels
The Person
- You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
- Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
