A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Aylesbury area or a Pastry Chef de Partie to work in their luxury Hotel and work in the fine dining restaurant alongside a talented and experienced Head Chef. You need to be a strong and capable Pastry Chef who will assist with both restaurant fine dining, afternoon teas and small functions/banqueting

The Role
- Running and managing the hotel kitchen
- Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
- Preparing Breads, Pastries & Desserts using fresh produce to AA rosette levels
- Restaurant, Afternoon Teas & Function Work
The Person
- You will already be a Pastry Chef de Partie
- Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
- Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to AA rosette levels
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
- Steady Career History
