A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our clients based in the Aylesbury who are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to work in their busy hotel & Restaurant. As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in preparing  AA rosette level food for lunch and dinner service. This is an excellent career opportunity for a chef to learn and work in a top hotel kitchen.

The Role

  • Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
  • Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients 
  • Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service

The Person

  • You will already be a Chef de Partie wanting to move up
  • Able to work unsupervised and passionate about a career in a kitchen
  • Have experience of working in  AA rosette standard restaurant kitchens
