Restaurant Manager - Luxury Hotel & Restaurant 

Our client in the Aylesbury area of Buckinghamshire is recruiting a hands on Restaurant Manager for their popular luxury 4* Hotel and which has a fine dining restaurant, lounge/bar as well as afternoon tea service. The role is 45 hours per week working on a rota. The hotel is happy to appoint an assistant manager looking for first restauarnt management role.

Restaurant Manager - Salary & Benefits

• Salary to £32000 service worth 3.5k

Restaurant Manager - The Role

• Responsible for the restaurant along with afternoon teas and functions
• Managing each service
• Training development of the team is very important
• Welcoming and greeting all diners
• This is a floor based based role

• You will have an outgoing, friendly and welcoming personality
• Experience of AA Rosette standards and luxury 4* hotel market
• Energetic and a team leader
• Outstanding trainer and coach
• Good wine and spirit knowledge
