Our client at this outstanding hotel & restaurant in the Milton Keynes area is recruiting a talented Head Pastry Chef to run the Pastry kitchen. This is an opportunity to work at a high standard with the finest, freshest ingredients and produce breads, desserts, ice creams and afternoon teas.

Pastry Chef - The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will prepare pastry & desserts for restaurants, banqueting and afternoon teas.
• Running pastry kitchen team
• Opportunity to add your own dishes to the menu

The Person

• You will already be a qualified Pastry Chef with luxury hotel experience
• Prepare pastries and desserts for multi outlets in the hotel
• Able to work manage your department of 4 chefs
• Good communicator and team player
• Good attention to detail
