Excellent Opportunity in Fantastic Country Dining Pub

Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef for their busy Country Dining Pub serving all fresh local produce  to satisfied customers in the region. They are looking for a candidate who can produce high quality food for customers and deputise and lead the brigade in Head Chefs absence. The pub uses local farmers and fisherman who provide fresh produce dailly allowing for specials and seasonal menus.


Salary & Benefits

  • Salary to £36k
  • Tips worth £5k
  • Uniform & Meals
  • 28 days holiday
  • 4.5 day week  3 nights off

The Sous Chef Role

  • Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef
  • Producing Fresh Cooked Food - Modern British Seasonal Menu
  • Managing and developing a motivated Brigade in Head Chef's absence
  • Maintaining Hygiene & Safety Standards

The Person

  • Already working as a Sous Chef
  • Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to good standard
  • Calm Personality
