Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef

Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service plus small parties

The Person

Already working as a Chef de Partie
Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to rosette levels
Calm Personality
Good Motivator & Manager
