Executive Head Chef - Dining Pub & Restaurant Venue - Wiltshire

Our client is recruiting a Executive Chef to take responsibility for their high end dining pub restaurant and country shop in Wiltshire. The role is to oversee different kitchens within the business,  You will manage a team of talented chefs and be a well motivated and strong leader whilst producing 2AA rosette level meals using locally sourced, seasonal produce.

Salary & Benefits - Executive Chef

• Salary range £50-60k depending on experience
• Gratuities

• 28 days holiday

The Role

• Designing and Costing of Menu's
• Support. development and coaching of Chef's
• Managing 2AA rosette level kitchen as well as Production kitchen
• Using seasonal produce and building relationships with local suppliers

The Person - Executive Chef

• Excellent Communicator
• Must have experience as a Head/Executive Head Chef at a quality restaurant kitchen to high level
• Strong financial awareness and controls
• Track record of Kitchen Management
• Hands on Leader & Team Player
