A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Lechlade area for Sous Chef to work in their award winning high end restaurant. The kitchen prepares meals for lunch and dinner service using all fresh, seasonal produce sourced locallly where possible. The role is 5 days from 7 with a 48 hour working week. You will be in charge of a team of chefs and run the service for lunch and dinner. You will also get every third weekend off.

The Role
- Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
- Kitchen Management duties
- Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to strong AA rosette levels
The Person
- You will already be a Sous Chef in a Restaurant or Fine Dining kitchen
- Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
