Our client based in Burford, Oxfordshire is recruiting a Sous Chef for their stylish property. This is an opportunity for a talented Sous Chef who is looking for a new challenge. The property has an excellent reputation for its food and service standards serves a fresh, seasonal menu in the bar and restaurant. The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef who can assist in delivering meals for the Restaurant, Bar Lounge,  Banqueting and Room Service.

The Role

• Management and Development of brigade in Head Chefs absence
• Ability to deliver modern fresh restaurant standard food 
• Good Team Player & Motivator

The Person

• You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members 
• Have experience of working at AA rosette level or fresh food kitchen 
• Ambitious and career orientated
