Our client is recruiting an Assistant Manager for their beautiful and well maintained hotel on the North Norfolk Coast. The Hotel has been furnished to a high standard and are looking for someone to build a career with them. This is an opportunity to develop your career and is a role suitable for someone with a management experience in a quality hotel.. The hotel is busy all year round and you will support the General manager in all aspects of running the business.

  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Hotel
  • Performing duties in the absence of the General manager
  • Training and development of junior staff members and summer casuals
  • Managing the restaurant & bar as well as room bookings

  • Outgoing and welcoming hospitality professional
  • Stable work history showing progression
  • Previous experience in a supervisory/management role
  • Training experience an advantage
