The Role

• Working in the kitchen preparing meals for Bar, Lunches , room service and dinner
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef
• Working in the Hotel restaurant kitchen using fresh produce to high standards

The Person

• Already working as a Commis Chef
• Experience of working with fresh food in busy kitchen
