Excellent Opportunity  -  Busy Hotel - Stroud Area - 40 hour week - 5 Straight Shifts

Our client based at this busy 4* property in Stroud is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join their brigade. This is an opportunity to join a superb hotel that has an excellent reputation for its food in a busy restaurant as well as functions and weddings. The hotel kitchen has been refurbished and has new ovens and air conditioning. The role is 40 hours a week with five straight shifts.

• Salary to £29k 2k service

The Role

• Working on all kitchen sections
• Preparing meals for brasserie, functions and bar/room service
• Ensuring Health & Safety & Hygiene regulations at all times

The Person

• Already an experienced Chef de Partie
• Experience of working in a busy Hotel ideally with some corporate/C&B experience
• Team Player with good communication skills
• Capable and able to work unsupervised
