Excellent Chef de Partie Opportunity at Popular Pub & Restaurant - £40k package

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Chipping Campden for an experienced  Chef de Partie to work in their popular pub and restaurant. The kitchen prepares meals for lunch and dinner service using all fresh locally sourced produce. You will work for an experienced Head Chef who can offer support and training. Live in is available off site in the local area so own transport is preferred.

• Salary worth up to £35k

The Role

• Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
• Kitchen Management duties
• Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels

The Person

• You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
• Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator 
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
