Our client at this outstanding fine dining pub & restaurant in the Oxfordshire area is recruiting a talented Head Pastry Chef to run the Pastry kitchen. Pastry Chef - The Role
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will prepare all breads, pastry & desserts for restaurant service.
- Opportunity to add your own dishes to the menu

The Person
- You will already be a qualified Pastry Chef with high restaurant experience
- Prepare dishes to multi rosette level. Have experience at this level or Michelin kitchen
- Good communicator and team player
