Pastry Chef de Partie - Luxury Hotel, Cambridge £22K 

Our client is an award winning hotel located near Cambridge. They are seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to work in their 2AA rosette awarded kitchen working with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

The Role

* Working on the Pastry section producing dishes for the restaurant and private functions
* Managing your section
* Input into the menu

Experience

* You will already have a pastry background to ideally 2AA rosette level
* Calm Personality
* Looking for a career move - not a job hopper
