Excellent Opportunity in Fantastic Busy Country Pub
Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef for their busy Pub with serving all fresh food to satisfied customers just outside Northampton. The pub also has busy functions rooms so provide banqueting for weddings and private parties. They are therefore looking for a candidate who can produce good quality food to large numbers of guests.
The Sous Chef Role
Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef
Producing Fresh Cooked Food - Modern British Menu -
Managing and developing a small motivated Brigade in Head Chef's absence
Help Achieve GP targets, Hygiene & Safety Standards
The Person
Already working as a Sous Chef
Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to large numbers
Pastry Background an advantadge
You will need your own form of transport as public transport is limited to the pub's location
