Chef de Partie - Fine Dining Restaurant -  Poole - All hours paid £11+ per hour

Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their award winning restaurant near Poole & Bournemouth. They are looking for Chef who has experience of working at AA Rosette standard in a quality fine dining environment. This an ideal role for an ambitious CDP looking to work for a prestigious employer.

The Role

* Working on the all Section's except Pastry
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
* Managing and ordering your own section

Experience

* You will already be working as a Chef de Partie with a quality hotel or restaurant background
* Experience at AA rosette level
* Positive attitude and enthusiastic
* Knowledge of fine dining - keen to develop career
