Sous Chef - Excellent Opportunity at Busy Dining Pub
Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef for their busy Pub in the Godstow area of Oxford serving all fresh food to satisfied customers. The pub has a modern kitchen and is popular locally as well as with tourists. The pub is looking for a talented Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in serving a fresh Seasonal Menu with daily specials.

Producing Fresh Cooked Food - British Seasonal Menu
Managing and ordering for your section
Maintain Hygiene & Safety Standards

Already working as a Sous Chef or Strong unior Sous Chef
Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to large numbers
