Our client is recruiting a Jr Sous Chef for their award winning pub & restaurant near Stratford on Avon. They are looking for Chef who has experience of working at AA Rosette standard in an all fresh food kitchen using seasonal and local produce.

The Role

* Working on each section of the kitchen
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
* Managing your own section

Experience

* You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a AA Rosette or higher kitchen
* Ability to work on each section
* Looking for a career opportunity
* Knowledge of fine dining
