Our client in Nuneaton is recruiting a hands on Restaurant Manager for their busy Dining Pub & Restaurant serving all All fresh food to Rosette standard.  Experience of managing a busy restaurant and bar is essential.

Restaurant Manager - The Role

• Reporting to the General Manager and acting as thier Deputy
• Managing each service 
• Training development of the team is very important 
• Resolving any complaints or issues with diners 
• Welcoming and greeting all diners 
• This is a floor based based role with minimal paperwork

Restaurant Manager - The Person

• You will have an outgoing, friendly and welcoming personality 
• Act as the "face of the restaurant" 
• Experience of AA Rosette standards
• Energetic and a team leader 
• Experience of managing a 100 seater+ restaurant 
• Outstanding trainer and coach 
• Enjoys giving great service at all times
