Senior Chef de Partie. Our client based at this Superb 4* property in Worcestershire is recruiting a Demi Chef de Partie to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity to join a superb hotel that has an excellent reputation for its food in a 1AA Rosette awarded fine dining restaurant as well as banqueting facilities.

The Role

* Working on all kitchen sections
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef
* Working in the 1AA Rosette awarded restaurant kitchen

The Person

* Already an experienced Chef de Partie
* Experience of 1AA Rosette standards and fresh food
* Capable and able to work unsupervised
