Excellent Sous Chef Role in Luxury Hotel Restaurant in Hertfordshire

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Welwyn for a Sous Chef to work in the fine dining restaurant at the hotel. The property has an has an excellent repuation for its food and service standards and is looking for a Sous Chef to lead the Restaurant brigade and cook food to 2AA rosette level.  The role will be working under an Executive Chef and you will implement new menu ideas with him.

The Role

* Running the Fine Dining Restaurant at the Hotel
* Cooking 2AA Rosette standard meals using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Preparing and plating meals for Lunch & Dinner guests and private parties.

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous on promotion
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Have experience of working to 2AA rosette level
* Good attention to detail
* Steady Career History - ambitious chef looking for a career move not just a job
