A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this Luxury Hotel near Calne & Chippenham for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving seasonal, locally sourced produce for the fine dining restaurant, afternoon teas, weddings and functions.
* Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the Modern kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Serving Contempary Seasonal menu
* Strong Management skills to deputise in Head Chef absence
* You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working at AA rosette kitchen
* Good attention to detail
* Ambitious and career orientated
