Sous Chef - Great Role in Busy Hotel
Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based on the Daventry & Northampton area for a Sous Chef to work in their luxury 4* Hotel. The hotel has a busy restaurant along with functions, bar and banqueting working under for a talented and experienced Head Chef.
The Role
* Running and managing the hotel kitchen
* Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals using fresh produce
* Restaurant and Function Work
* Kitchen Management duties
The Person
* You will already be a Sous Chef
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to AA rosette standard
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
