Junior Sous Chef Busy Country Pub & Restaurant
Junior Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Troway & Dronfield in South Sheffield for a Junior Sous Chef to work in their Pub & Restaurant. As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving a fresh seasonal menu. Due to the location of the property you will need your own transport.
The Role
* Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Preparing and plating meals for restaurant, bar and parties
* Strong Management skills
* Mature focus and outlook
The Person
* You will already be a Junior Sous Chef or experienced CDP
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working in a rosette standard Kitchen
* Good attention to detail
