Excellent Sous Chef Role in Luxury Hotel Restaurant in Hertfordshire

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Welwyn for a Sous Chef to work in the Banqueting kitchen at the hotel. The property has an has an excellent repuation for its food and service standards and is looking for a Sous Chef to lead the Banqueting kitchen and cook food to AA rosette level. 

The Role

* Running the Banqueting kitchen at the Hotel preparing meals for conference, events and weddings.
* Cooking AA Rosette standard meals using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Kitchen Management duties

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous on promotion
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Have experience of working to 1-2AA rosette level
* Good attention to detail
* Steady Career History - ambitious chef looking for a career move not just a job
