Our client Cirencester based client is recruiting a hands on Restaurant Manager for their popular Hotel restaurant which has Private dining and small functions.  This is an opportunity to develop your career and receive great training and career development.

Restaurant Manager - The Role

• Reporting to the F&B manager 
• Responsible for the restaurant and small functions
• Managing each service 
• Training development of the team is very important 
• Resolving any complaints or issues with diners 
• Welcoming and greeting all diners 
• This is a floor based based role with minimal paperwork

Restaurant Manager - The Person

• You will have an outgoing, friendly and welcoming personality 
• Act as the "face of the restaurant" 
• Experience of AA Rosette standards an advantage
• Energetic and a team leader 
• Experience of managing a 50 seater+ restaurant 
• Outstanding trainer and coach 
• Enjoys giving great service at all times
