General Manager - Country Hotel - Burford 

Our client is recruiting a General Manager for their 4* Country House Hotel. This is an opportunity for an Operations Manager, Deputy General Manager or someone who is already working as General Manager to take the next step in their career and join a successful hotel.

The Role - General Manager 

• Managing all aspects of the hotel 
• Producing budgets and financial reports 
• Developing a strong and successful team in all departments 
• Ensuring excellent guest satisfaction 

The Person

• A strong and determined manager ideally with 2AA rosette experience
• Rooms revenue experience
• Excellent F&B skills 
• Outstanding host and able to develop long standing relationships with clients 

Salary & Benefits

• Salary £33,000 - £36,000
• Development within the company 
• 28 days holiday 
• Contributory pension scheme after qualifying period.
