Head Chef - Excellent Opportunity in Town Centre Hotel

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in Keswick for a Head Chef to work in their busy hotel and restaurant whch has an AA rosette. The Hotel is busy all year round and has popular relaxed bar as well as modern restaurant.

The Role

• Working closely with the General Manager
• Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products 
• Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade
• Maintaining the Hygiene & Cleaning in the Kitchen to High Standards
• Managing GP targets & Food Costs

The Person

• Already working as a Head Chef
• Excellent Communicator & People person
• Experience of working with Fresh Produce ideally to rosette level
• Good Kitchen manager
• Strong Planning and GP costing skills
