Commis Chef. Our client is an award winning dining pub/restaurant in Stamford who are recruiting a Commis Chef with experience of working with fresh food. You will be working with all fresh ingredients to produce food of a high standard for a Michelin Star Winning Head Chef.

Job Description

As the Commis Chef, you will be trained to work across all sections of the kitchen and will be required to work in an efficient manner to the high standards set by the Michelin Star trained Head Chef. You will be keen to learn and progress your career quickly. You will have the highest work standards and ethics. Genuine career progression and training opportunities are also on offer.

Experience

You will already be working as a Chef in a good quality kitchen with an emphasis on using fresh ingredients. You will have a professional cookery qualification though your attitude, willingness to learn and develop as a chef are key factors for this role
