Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their busy Gastro Pub/Restaurant serving all fresh food to a high standard.

This is an opportunity for a Head Chef or ambitious Sous to take the next step in their career in a popular and busy property.

The Head Chef Role

Hands on role working closely along with the owners
Producing Fresh Cooked Food using fresh and locally sourced products 
Managing and developing a small motivated Brigade
Managing GP targets, Hygiene & Safety Standards

The Person

Already working as a Head Chef or ambitious Sous looking for promotion 
Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub using Fresh Ingredients
Calm Personality

Salary & Benefits

Salary to £35k
