Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef for their busy Country Inn serving all fresh food to satisfied customers in the Bury St. Edmunds area. They are therefore looking for a candidate who can produce good quality food and deputise in the Head Chef's absence.

The Sous Chef Role

Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef
Producing Fresh Cooked Food - Modern British Menu -
Managing and developing a small motivated Brigade in Head Chef's absence
Help Achieve GP targets, Hygiene & Safety Standards

The Person

Already working as a Sous Chef
Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to large numbers
