Fantastic Chef de Partie Opportunity at Country Inn with Rooms

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based at this Country Inn for a Chef de partie to work in their busy kitchen serving all fresh food. You will serve all freshly prepared meals for lunch & dinner service for the bar & restaurant and small parties. The Head Chef is keen to find an enthusiastic chef keen to learn in a quality kitchen

The Role

* Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Preparing and plating meals for bar and restaurant service
* Opportunity for career progression within the company

The Person

* You will already be a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef looking for a new role
* Able to work unsupervised
* Have experience of working in a professional hotel or restaurant kitchen
* Good attention to detail
