Banqueting Sous Chef - Country Club Welwyn Garden City £24k

Banqueting Sous Chef. Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef to manage the banqueting Kitchen of their Country Club near Welwyn Garden City. This is an opportunity for a highly organised and methodical Sous Chef to manage their own kitchen reporting to the Executive Chef.

The Sous Chef Role

Managing the banqueting kitchen
Leading your team of chefs
Ensuring all aspects of your kitchen are to the company standards
Cooking for large covers
Working closely with other managers to ensure weddings and events are sent our smoothly

The Person

Already a Sous Chef
Strong background in banqueting, weddings and events
Calm and able to work as part of a team
Understands all paperwork relating to the kitchen.
