Chef de Partie role available at this prestigious College

Our prestigious college client is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join their team in Cambridge. They are looking for a Chef de Partie who has experience of working in a busy hotel kitchen or restaurant with a good knowledge of quality fine dining.

The Role

* Working on the all Sections producing meals for restaurant and functions
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
* Managing and ordering your own section
* Working mixture of early and late shifts on fortnightly rota. 630-1400 or 1345 -2100. 37.5 hr week.

Experience

* You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, pub or restaurant
* Experience at AA Rosette level or cooking with all fresh produce to large volumes
* Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent
* Career Focused
