Bar Manager - Food Led Gastro Pub £24,000
Our client is recruiting a Bar Manager  for the bar of their outstanding food led pub near Bury St Edmunds. The business is all about offering great, all fresh food, and great drinks to their customers.

The Role - Bar Manager

• Developing the drinks menus
• Supporting the General Manager
• Acting as Duty Manager as needed
• Training and developing the front of house team
• Driving sales and achieving targets
• Dealing with cash, opening and closing the bar

The Person - Bar Manager

• Outgoing friendly and professional
• Good knowledge of food and wine
• Already working as a bar manager or assistant manager 
• Good knowledge of standards
• Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service even when busy
