Chef de Partie Excellent new opportunity at great hotel

Chef de Partie. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based East of Bristol near Wick for a Chef de Partie to work in their Hotel & Restaurant. As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving fresh food to a AA rosette standard. You will work 5 shifts from 7 as part of a working week.

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working in the AA Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients 
• Preparing meals for both the fine dining restaurant and informal bar
• Strong Management skills 
• Mature focus and outlook

The Person

• You will already be a Chef de Partie or ambitious Demi Chef
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members 
• Have experience of working in a AA rosette or higher kitchen 
• Good attention to detail

You will need your own transport as no accommodation is available
