Excellent New Sous Chef Opportunity with Luxury Country Club

Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Shipston-on-Stour area for a Sous Chef to work in their Newly Opened Country Club Restaurant. You assist the head chef in serving fresh food to a very high standard as the client is looking to achieve 2AA rosettes.

The Role

* Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the 2AA Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service and private parties
* Strong Management skills
* Mature focus and outlook

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working in a 1-2AA rosette kitchen
* Good attention to detail
