Excellent Job Opportunity with Busy Hotel & Venue
Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their busy Hotel & Venue near St.Neots & Bedford. They are looking for a Chef with experience of working with all fresh food to AA rosette standards to produce meals for leisure and corporate guests at his busy venue.
The Role
* Working and producing meals for restaurant breakfast, lunch & Dinner service
* Supporting the Head Chef in each service - running service on days off
* Managing and Training Junior Staff members
Experience
* You will already be working as a Junior Sous Chef or CDP on in a busy Rosette awarded hotel or restaurant
* Plating meals for Restaurant & Functions guests
* Used to serving large volumes of customers

* Salary to £23k + benefits
