Commis Chef . Our client is a busy and vibrant Hotel in Bury St.Edmunds who have an immediate vacancy for a Commis Chef in their 4* Hotel & restaurant. Working for a talented and experienced Head Chef this is a great career opportunity for a keen young chef.
The Role
You will work on all sections of the kitchen
Preparing the mise en place
Ensuring your section is kept clean and tidy
The Person
Already working as Commis Chef in fresh food environment with minimum 6 months experience
NVQ2 or College Qualified
Enthusiastic with positive attitude. Keen to learn.
Ideal role for someone looking to learn in a busy environment from talented head chef.

Salary £18-19k
