Hotel Assistant Manager - Country Hotel Grasmere to £22k + Live in
Our client based in Burford is recruiting an Assistant Manager for their 4* hotel. This is an opportunity for someone with a strong Food and Beverage background to take a step forward in their career.
The Role
- Reporting to the General Manager
- This is a hands on role for someone with energy and enthusiasm who loves offering outstanding service
- You will be engaged in every department of the hotel to ensure its smooth operation.
- Strong food and beverage experience is essential as you support the restaurant and C&B departments.
The Person
- Outgoing and personable
- Capable of forming strong relationships with colleagues, other managers and guests.
- Hardworking and target driven
- You might already be working as a departmental manager or supervisor
