Commis Chef. Our client is recruiting a Commis Chef for their luxury hotel near Winchester. This is an opportunity for a Commis Chef to develop their career in a modern kitchen working for an established Head Chef.

The Job

• You will work on all sections of the kitchen
• Using fresh ingredients to prepare AA rosette level modern British food
• Ensuring your section is kept clean and tidy

Experience

• You will be working as a Commis or Demi Chef in a hotel/restaurant kitchen
• Have NVQ level 2 or equivalent
• Hard Working and Enthusiastic
• Keen to develop and learn.
