Chef de Partie 4 Star 1AA Rosette Hotel Poole, Dorset £18k+tips Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie. Our client based at this busy 4* property on the Dorset Coast is recruiting a Chef de Partie to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity to join a successful hotel that has an excellent reputation for its food in a 1AA Rosette awarded fine dining restaurant.

The Role

• Running the Larder Section
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef
• Working in the 1AA Rosette awarded restaurant kitchen

The Person

• Already a Chef de Partie from hotel or restaurant background with experience on Larder
• Experience of AA Rosette standards
• Capable and able to work unsupervised
• Experience of Pastry would be beneficial
