A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this Top luxury Hotel near Horsham, West Sussex for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving seasonal, locally sourced produce for the 3AA rosette restaurant.

The Role

* Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the Modern kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Serving Contempary Seasonal menu
* Strong Management skills to deputise in Head Chef absence

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working at 3AA rosette kitchen
* Good attention to detail
* Ambitious and career orientated
