Pastry Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel - 2AA Rosette level £28k Pastry Sous Chef
Pastry Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at this Luxury Hotel for a Pastry Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving food of the highest standard.

The Role

* Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the 2AA Rosette level kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Preparing Meals for the restaurant, afternoon tea, banqueting and weddings.

The Person

* You will already be a Pastry Chef looking for a career opportunity
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working in a 2AA rosette kitchen or higher level
* Good attention to detail
* Steady Career History. Not long spells of relief or overseas work.
