Junior Sous Chef Busy 4* Hotel Brighton

Junior Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Brighton for a Junior Sous Chef to work in their busy hotel. The Hotel has a very busy conferencing and banqueting operation as well as a la carte restaurant. You will be able to work to a rosette standard.

The Role

* Reporting to and supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef
* Encouraging and developing Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals for the restaurant and functions

The Person

* You will already be a Junior Sous or CDP in a busy operation
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Have experience of working in a 4* busy hotel or restaurant to rosette standard
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude

Salary to £23k d.o.e + Service
