Events Sous Chef - Great Role in Busy Hotel in Fantastic Coastal Location

Events Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based on the South Coast for a Sous Chef to work in their luxury 4* Hotel alongside a talented and experienced Head Chef. You will be focusing on events and banqueting.

The Role

* Running and managing the hotel kitchen
* Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals using fresh produce to a rosette level
* Restaurant and Function Work
* Kitchen Management duties

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to 2AA rosette standard
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History

Salary to £30k d.o.e
